Inflation

To inflate with air: slowly add air into the self sealing valve using a hand pump or foil air inflator. Do not over inflate or balloon may pop.

To inflate with helium: (if applicable) use an auto shut off regulator valve intended to inflate foil balloons. This will keep the balloon from over filling.
